Cambridge Dental Group

Cambridge Dental Group was created in 2003 through a merger of two very well established practices in Cambridge; Charnock House Dental Practice and Emmanuel Road Dental Practice.

In 2008 our practice expanded to Sweden through the establishment of VF Tandläkarna. Our sister-practice in Sweden enables us to have direct access to the Scandinavian dental knowledgebase.

Ethos

Our Practice Protocol is to provide a model service in clinical efficiency and efficacy for each one of our patients. We aspire to the highest clinical, nursing and financial standards, promoting transparency and best practice.

Environmental

Our environmental ethos:

• We utilise biodegradable materials from renewable sources wherever possible.
• We abandoned the use of mercury in 1993 and can claim experience and expertise in the use of alternative materials.
• We are diligent in the control of cross-infection, primarily through the use of high pressure thermal vacuum and enzyme-based treatments.
• State-of-the-art digital dental radiography reduces radiation required by 75% whilst maintaining the quality of resolution over and above conventional analog radiographs.
