Complaints Handling Policy

In this practice we take complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service.  Our aim is to respond to any patient concerns in a sensitive way.

 

Our Complaints Manager is Kathryn Dunham, who is the first point of contact in case of complaint; she undertakes to respond to any patient concern in a timely manner and is always available by telephone on 01223 350367, or via any member of the staff.

Any complaint which cannot be resolved by the practice may be referred to the appropriate body:
